UPDATE::Here’s an interesting look at Google vs. Yahoo datamining: I entered:
“henry work” site:www.bowdoin.edu’
into both Google and Yahoo. They both do a good job listing my academic page first. But Google’s spider has crawled both one of my professor’s pages that list me. Also, Google scoured a pdf file of a paper we published–hott stuff with two t’s.
