Here’s a second-go at the Bowdoin Robocup website.

My Feeling is that this will be the template until I can get a really kickass picture in the lab of the dogs running around.

If the shot is taken from ground-level it would be sweet to have a green backdrop for the menu bar, then a dog on the right chasing the ball, the goal in the back, center, and then the title still on the left-hand side. I’d move the logo down to somewhere on the sidebar.

Here’s a first-go at the Bowdoin Robocup website.

The blog is created with WordPress.

The style is a template called K2.

Hopefully I’ll be able to learn a good more about css/php to really make this site full of skill.

‘Auto-Magically’, as in:

New Account settings! Auto-Magically Rotate (if the files you upload contain usable orientation information) [FlickrNews]

Is a lame way of saying things.

To those readers and listeners Depending on my illustrious, zainy, CRADLE2THAGRAVE Radio Show (Tuesday Nights 10pm)–you may have to seek solace elsewhere. The Transmitter went Kaput last week, and here’s the email we got about it:

Right now, we’re broadcasting at 16 watts (as opposed to the normal 300). The addition of another exciter should bring us up to around 30 or so. This means the signal’s strong enough to cover campus and Brunswick, but we don’t make it out to Bath. The signal’s also not strong enough to make it through our webcasting apparatus, so that’s down for the time being as well.

Yargh! Our show is doing something radical to overcome our transmitter’s sub-PAR perfomance: we’ll host a hour and a half radio in your room whenever you want. Serious, yo. I hope you like Hip/Hop and Emo.

Welp, Surgery tomorrow. Shower me with concern!

UPDATE::I’m alive. Knee Surgery ain’t so bad. The worst part of it all is that I won’t be able to run more than 10 miles a week, probably forever. Best part is that I should return to pure frisbee ability at some point.

I would simply like to announce this: I have been completely 0wned by Flower in the Blogging department in the past few weeks. Hark!–it’s true! I’m really happy though–his posts are both contemplative and interesting. And I actually know him, which I’ve found makes reading blogs like eight times easier.

I’ve been slacking on the sweet-as blogging, and I will triumphantly do something about it.

Blog Fixing

Fixed a really simple error where the Blog Title would become invisible when viewin a post’s own page.
